Default Primal - thoughts?

I'm reading Mark Sisson's The Primal Blueprint, and so far it strikes me as a Paleo spinoff, only more generous on the carbs maybe.

Any thoughts on this? Is anyone doing Primal?

I do Primal I find it much easier than Atkins. I can't compare it to Paleo as I haven't read a paleo book yet.

Hi Priiya,

I just found your thread here.
My dh and I have been primal for just about a month now.

I took out the Paleo book from the library and it also seemed good.

But does he recommend canola oil?? I thought he did and I thought canola oil is pretty bad.

Anyway I am not 100% compliant, but love the way I feel.
