Default New Pant Size!!!

I'm sure you guys may be tired of hearing from me, but I hit another milestone yesterday! I had to buy some jeans and thought I'd try a really small size and they actually fit! I got in a size 38! I haven't been in the 30s in probably 20 years! I think I was more excited about that than hitting 100lbs down. I couldn't quit smiling. Ha! That is down from size 48-50s when I started 10 months ago.

Just keep up the hard work everyone!

Congratulations...Again!! Always say the best measure of success for men is their pants size/ a belt.
Still waiting to hear all about your doctor's appointment. You have read more about cholesterol, BP and BG here, so time to have a good long talk with him about getting off those meds.

Yeah, I think I'm supposed to go back to doc this month. Curious to see what my numbers are too. My dad just went back and his a1c was 5.4, took him off one, left him on one metformin. So we'll see.

Congratulations! I remember how excited I was to get into "new" pant sizes I hadn't seen in over 20 years
