Hello agian,

Sorry about these simple questions but I have looked around and all the recipes seem a bit high for the introduction weeks.

Is there a place with recipes put together for the 2 week start up diet ?

Jason, under "Low Carb Tips" (top of every page in orange highlight) there is an article by Karen called "Jazzing up your Induction" it should give you some ideas.
