Default tofu

I'm not doing vegetarian lc but I do have a question you may be able to answer. For the sake of variety I've considered adding tofu as a breakfast or salad addition. I've heard a variety of comments re the health aspects of using soy in anyform, including tofu, as though only fermented soy products are acceptable. What's the story? T

I eat tofu all the time. Not as a meat replacement but as an actual food, because I like it!!
