Sunday - 4/11/04 cleaned but no exercise

Monday - 4/12/04 nothing

Tuesday - 4/13/04 nothing

Wednesday - 4/14/04 WAP 1 mile = 20 minutes
Richard Simmons Tonin' Uptown = 30 minutes
(complete upper body workout)

Whewww can't be away so long...............

Felt great after workout!!! Darn, I knew I forgot something when I went to Wallyworld. I wanted to look at the workout videos!! Darn, Darn, Darn!!!

Today I did:

WAP 1 mile, 20 min.
Richard Simmons Abs. 30 min.

Yipee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel great...............

In case no one knows what RS Tonin' Uptown is:

Richard Simmons Upper Body Workout w/ 5 or 8 lbs. resistance bands

You do:
4 lat/back exercises
3 chest exercises
3 shoulder exercises
2 bicep exercises
2 tricep exercises (should be 3 though) lol
2 other arm exercises for the flexors

Here's an update of what I have done:

4/23/04 - NOTHING...............
4/24/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. (& cleaning the house-does that count? lol)
4/25/04 - Rest day

4/26/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min.
4/27/04 - NOTHING...........babysitting.............
4/28/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. WITH weights
4/29/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. WITH weights & RS Tonin' Uptown 30 min.


Feeling much better!! I can actually sleep on my belly and on my stomach....I wasn't able to without waking up in some serious pain. It's amazing what 15 lbs. and movement do!!!

4/30/04 - Walked around Walmart for an hour
5/01/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min.

5/02/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. WITH weights & RS Tonin' Downtown (LBWO),20 min. & RS No If's &'s or Butts (LBWO), 20 min. & RS AB Fomula, 20 min.

Feel much better after exercise!!! Waaaahoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's getting addicting!!!! I didn't exercise yesterday and today I was achy!!! Gotta have it!!!!!!

I forgot to list on Sunday, I tried the Mari Winsor Pilates Basic Video. I think it's the basic 7 moves...........I could do 3 of them!! Better than I thought!! LOL!! One day.....................

5/09/04 - Nothing unless cook and clean all day count.........Well, I did dance for about 1/2 hour but not my usual..............

wow my last log here was over a year ago. Man........

Hi ya'll!

I have been working out and still doing weight watchers. Work has been sooooo freakin' busy that I just pretty much gave up the computer for "personal" use. But no more. I need to be here for support and motivation, and to learn! I am stalled on the weight lose front, but most of that is my doing. Today I really watched what I ate (trying to be much cleaner) and I am logging it again into fitday.com (which is sorta sucks because I already keep a log for my points) But I know I need to be more accountable. Working out is going good. I've noticed my left shoulder has been hurting me. I've been popping ibuprophen and watching my form. My office managers boyfriend used to compete in body building (former Mr. Louisiana, but I have no clue what that means, lol But he looks good) told me to try DB Upright Rows instead of Shoulder Presses. He said it would be less stress on the shoulder joint. Haven't tried it yet. Today was the first workout in a week. I am not able to get to the gym on my lunch break like before so I think I'm gonna go back to going at night, like around 6:30-7pm. My only concern is I know I need to eat something afterward, but what do I eat that late? It would be 8pm.

Well here's my workout today. It was just basic full body because my shoulder was hurting and TOM is still visiting. (remind me to not skip a month of pills again) and I have been a %itch on wheels, lol.

Everything was 3 sets of 12:

Incline Chest Press 20/20/25
Lat Pulldown 45/65/60
Compound Row 35/45/45
Seated Leg Curl 45/65/65
Abs 35/50/50
Squats 9/12/18

Well I'm off to my journal to log my food.
