Question Bob's Red Mill FlaxMeal... ??

I've found this wonderful stuff at my grocery store and I have only eaten it once (this morning adding two tablespoons to my Atkins Pancake Mix).

I have a few questions...

1. I understand there may be something wrong with the carb count?? It says 4 grams of carbs and 4 grams of fiber = 0 net carbs!!! HOW can that be? Has anyone any reason to believe it's not right?

2. I would love to try it as a "hot cereal" as many recipe threads suggest, but, I also hear that it may "Clog" together and cause me some serious health problems??? What is the story with that?

3. Has anyone eaten this stuff regularly and incurred a stall?

THANKS a ton!! I always know you can help me with stuff like this!

xoxo
