Talking Prune Juice

Well i have slowly been loosing this second time around on LC...i have been doing exactly the same thing as i did two years ago and the weight came off soooo much faster back then. But i have been on a stall for a few weeks and someone mentioned try drinking 8 oz of prune juice once or twice a day i was reluctant though because i looked on the back of the juice bottle and WOW it had ALOT of carbs but i figured what the heck and did it yesterday and i got on the scale this morning and i lost 2 pounds! I was soooooo happy you wouldnt believe because i was getting so discouraged and hopefully this little trick will jumpstart a weight loss again if i stall. Has anyone else tried this?
