Default DVD for strengthening lower back?

Anyone know of an especially good DVD of exercises targeting lower back strength? I have lots of back pain.
Thanks.

There is a ton of stuff you could find on the net and these two links would be a great place to start. You can probably find all you need right here.

(lots of good articles etc. here)

(several products here to fit the bill)

A high volume exercise diet heavy in swings, windmills, janda situps, other quality ab work and some HIGH quality stretching would probably do the trick. The two links above will give you those tools.

I do not have DVD, but I do have a book, that has had miraculous effect on my back.

Deborah and Simon Fielding: The Healthy Back Exercise Book (Achiving & Maintaining a Healthy Back) I bought it in a Barnes and Noble bookstore. ($14.98) You can find it in any big book store – to have a look at it, or on Amazon.com to order it.

Here are some details in my gym log : #380
