Ok ... am I missing something? Is BFL a routine that everyone is now doing? Is there yet another book to be read? I'm very curious because I'm doing well on week three of Atkins but not doing so hot in the workout department. I can't seem to get motivated to get my backside to the gym, although I joined one just a month ago.
It's Body for Life...a book written by Bill Phillips. It is an eating and exercise plan built into challenges that go for 12 weeks. Definitely worth the read...very motivational. I just started my first challenge yesterday.
Most of the exercises can be done at home too...big plus!!
I checked the audio tapes from the library, but unfortunately, have not yet begun to use them. I'm leaving for WI this Friday so I plan to listen to them on the plane. I hope it will get me going.
Just don't get too inspired by the tapes on the plane...you don't want to start grabbing other people's luggage to start your weight lifting routine right away!!
