Hey everyone I've been reading off and on about all the different products. I've not tried any till recently, as I was still on induction and didn't wanna mess up myself.

Well, I went grocery shopping and picked up some low-carb shakes which I really liked and had success with last time. While in that area, saw these bars. I had read about them on here. So I knew generally about all the info on them. I decided to buy a few and try em to see how they effect me.

Strangely, I've gotten the opposite disgestive reaction that most have stated :O Secondly, I found they are not for me. Too close to real sugar chocolate and the 2 days I've eaten them, saw my cravings return. Oh well, some of us just can't have our candy and eat it too eh? hehehe

Oh yea, Q. Was thinking of ordering some flaxomeal, but it sounds too yummy to be true, like the bars. So I was wondering, has anyone noticed cravings returning after eating this?

Just thought I'd report my findings as well.

HoneyBware, have you tried either SEARCHing this forum for "flaxomeal" (there's a SEARCH button on the upper right of your screen) to see all the comments received so far and/or try the Reviews conversational threads that are 'stuck' at the top of this forum?

You can even pagedown this forum's main page, and at the bottom, you can see other pages of posts (they're in date order, eh?) or sort them by the subject line, where it might actually have the word "FlaxOmeal" or whatever.

There are several thousand people at this sitenow , so the chances are that quite a few people have been talking about this already I know for a fact that the FlaxOmeal has been a popular topic for almost a year! :wink: and generally very well-rated, too.
