Dijon Mustard carbs?
Every place I look it up says zero carbs per teaspoon. But when I have a recipe that calls for 2 or more tablespoons, I know darn well it has some carbs.
Well, according to the Atkins website tracker, their official reading on Dijon mustard is 0.3 g NC per teaspoon. I always count mine as 0 because I seldom have more than a teaspoon at a time, but you could take it from there. Three teaspoons = 1 tablespoon = 0.9 g NC.
