I just ordered the book...
...on Amazon - the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet. I'm hoping to sort of start implementing it right away. Am I correct in what I've found on the internet so far?
Two meals consisting of protein and non-starchy veggies
One meal consisting of 1/3 protein, 1/3 veg, 1/3 carbs of any kind eaten within 1 hour.
No snacking?
No cream in coffee
No artificial sweetener
Can your RM be any meal depending on the day, or do you need to pick a meal and stick with it everyday?
