face to face support group- Santa Barbarai

I'm going to have lots of questions as I get going. Are there any face-to-face support groups in the SB area (maybe even sponsored by Dr. Schwarzbein)? I have devil of a time with Dr. S's voice mail circuit!

Hmmm...there aren't really a whole lot of SPers on here and we're pretty spread out. You may want to post to the US forum (Local Support Groups) from the main forum page and see who answers you. You may be able to pull together of group of people who low-carb but aren't all on the same plan.
