Default 30 seconds Yummy dessert!

My s/o was talking about how long it's been since the last time i baked him a lemon pie. It gave me the idea to make a lemon mousse! Quite simple and fast to make! I took 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, added a big spoonful of lemon SF Jello and whipped it with the hand mixer. In less than 15 seconds we had a decadent lemon mousse!

We ate it with some strawberries! Delicious!

Hmmm....sounds delish. Being the big lemon lover that I am, I am going to try it.

Thanks!

Definately going to give this a whirl. I think any flavor of jello would be good.

I'm slapping myself on the head for not having thought of this myself. So quick. So easy. Sounds so good. DH will love this! Thanks so much for sharing.

Josi,

Are you talking about dry jello powder or is your jello already pre-made and then you added the cream???

Josi, I made this 'lemon whip' today and my kids and I loved it. My son wants to do every Jell-O flavor now. It was a nice, quick treat.

I've tried many jell-o flavors in the past week and some are not very... good! It just tastes like kool-aid! And some are quite tart too!! Lemon is still my favorite!
