quick shortbread type biscuits..
made these yeaterday and they were really easy and tasty..
im not sure wether there may be a recipe on here for these already, but thought i would share just in case...
4tbls of coconut flour,
4tbls of almond flour,
about the same in butter,
a dash of vanilla.
ligiud sweetner for taste.
mix all in a bowl like a crumble mix, then pat together, roll out and cut into biscuit shapes, place on a greaseproof tray and bake for about 10 mins,at 180..
when cool i melted some dark chocolate and drizzled over them.
These are fairly crumbly but can be picked up and eaten like a biscuit, and they tasted a bit like shortbread to me,i think these would be lovely with berries and cream in the summer..
