Happy Thanksgiving everyone,

This is my very first post and just read your post concerning type 2 with great interest... Want to tell you ~ this is the first forum where I've found so much info to help... I am eager to try some of your suggestions... My morning meter reading is around 115 to 120. I am careful with the carbs. My GP is of no help... He knows about as much about nutrition as a 2 year old. So I am so happy to find this forum.
