Interesting recipe, will have to give it a try sometime.

The name of the mini chips is a little misleading since eggs and cheese do have carbs, but to make this small amount it is low carb.

Yes, according to my pc fitday using 4 large egg whites and 2 flat T of shredded parmesan the whole recipe would be only 1.7 net carbs!
A good one for my recipe book!!
