4 Burger Bites w Tabasco and green tea
[I took 6 eggs and split them across 12 greased muffin tins. then I browned a pound of ground beef with some simple spices (salt, garlic, no-salt), plopped a couple table spoons into each cup containing egg, and topped with a 1/2 ounce of aged cheddar. Baked at about 425 until they looked done! Broiled for last 3 min to brown]

Went out to eat at a Chinese restaurant tonight. Had beef and broccoli entree, 2 chicken wings for appetizer, hot tea and a half fortune cookie for dessert.

Just seeing this now - Nommy!!!! thanks for sharing the recipe - those sound good.
Welcome back Jams!!!

Turkey day dinner: Did a LC bacon-wrapped boneless turkey breast, made a LC green bean casserole... I really wasn't even hungry, just ate a normal portion. Also had a LC eggnog with a little instant SF vanilla pudding powder to thick it up. Did have a glass or two of vino, and a carb item but not much of it.

Most nights I eat pretty late, right before bed and I have a single item, non LC but for some reason I am losing weight doing this. I'll post when I eat a LC dinner. I follow Somersizing the rest of the time, which is mostly LC and SF.

Early pre-dinner last night of beef and pork chili (no beans) in a can, which was pretty good, "gourmet" brand, and roasted broccoli. (the sodium content in these type of foods is way too high though as I looked at the can yesterday.)

Smoked beef ribs, green beans sautéed with olive oil and garlic, and 1/2 an avocado. I was planning a salad as well, but had a few more green beans instead.

I loved the other night my Bubba Burger Vidale Onion Flavor and I made them on the George Foreman from frozen to cooked

Just now I was in a pinch and starving and went to Burger King and ordered a bunch of double cheeseburgers threw away the bread and ate 4 patties and I plan to take the other two back to work with me.

I feel a little strange about doing this but I have lost 4 pounds in only a few days with my exercise I just started.
I want to lose 20 more lbs.
