Default stop vitmains on induction?

hi there,

my sister is not getting any result on her induction, does she need to stop taking her vitamins?

i just wonder if she need to because when i did it 2 years ago i did stop taking vitamins to start the ketosis...

right now she takes:
1. vitamin A
2. vitamin C
3. vitamin B complex
4. calcium
5. centrum multi vitamins
6. vitamin E

I would check your vitamins for binders - if you're taking something like TwinLab, they don't contain sugar, lactose, wheat or other stuff that can be of concern.

If yours contain nasty stuff, throw them out but only AFTER you buy new, quality ones. Your cells need those nutrients since they're not getting them from carbs. For women, B vitamins are particularly important for feeling of well being and carb control.

Vitacost.com has great prices on all that sort of stuff.

Also, as a general rule, I only take vitamin capsules. I find they tend to dissolve better, plus the binders aren't necessary.

You really need vitamins. Just make sure they dn't have any sugar or starches. Induction needs to be done "pure". She's not having sf jellow or chocolates, is she?
