Meant to do cardio yesterday, but my legs were still sore from the strength training the day before. Truthfully, they're still a bit sore today!

Resistance training, upper body:

30 curls
30 upright rows
30 front raises
30 tricep extensions
30 overhead presses

done in three sets with increasing resistance - 12/10/8

Default 21 Days Revisited?

With a mere 21 days left before I start back to work, I am going to do my best to exercise each and every day until then. After examining my last really successful run, I have decided to stick with just cardio for now. After these next three weeks, I will probably add some strength training back in for variety's sake. Right now I just need something more habit-forming, I think.

Started tonight with only 15 minutes of the 20-minute HIIT cardio set I usually do. That's okay, 15 minutes is better than none!

Default Day 3 of 21

Grrr....no exercise today. Was too busy geeking out over Heroes, the show on NBC. That's okay, though, I've been wanting to exercise in the mornings instead of evenings anyway. I can get up in the morning and exercise and then I'll be on the right schedule. Right??

Got in my 20 minutes of HIIT cardio first thing this morning. I found that I enjoy that endorphine rush much more when I'm more awake!

2 hours of mega grocery shopping instead of actual cardio workout. Will I actually get any "legit" exercise in today? Maybe I'll do some toning today instead. Tune in to find out!
