Damn, look how long it's been since my last entry here. Could it really be possible that I have gone this long without exercise? Between having unexpected houseguests and getting over a chest cold, I've been staying away. Monday morning starts a new entry!

30 curls
30 upright rows
30 lateral raises
30 tricep extensions
30 overhead presses

done in three sets with increasing resistance - 12/10/8

WITHOUT the aid of my iPod, I might add! Even though it could have been a somewhat pliable "excuse" I went without it and worked out anyway. Yay!!
