Default Premier Protein Shakes

Has anybody tried these?
160 calories 30g protein and 5g carbs per drink.

I am getting a tooth extracted and dentist said I should not eat solids for couple days while hole heals or I could get dry socket.

I am just wondering if anybody has had these. If so, were they good? What flavor do you like?

I'm thinking chocolate. I am hoping it doesn't cause a stall.

Thanks.

I used to hate most protein shakes until I went low carb. I find most of them taste pretty good as long as you're allowed to blend in an egg or two or some heavy cream. Most of what makes a protein powder taste bad is being able to taste the whey protein. I find adding a bit of extra cocoa powder myself helps too.

I like the Premier shakes. I don't use them often, but occasionally when I'm busy or traveling. I've tried vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and banana. I like them all but banana is my favorite.

Hope the healing goes well

Just a word of caution ... don't use a straw to drink those shakes; sip from a cup instead. The sucking force can dislodge the clot, which in turn could lead to "dry socket". Don't ask how I know this

Carmel ones are my favorite. Find them at Sam's Club.
