Default Quick, easy, and good—but WEIRD :)

I just had a wacky thought in the kitchen. I sprinkled about a half teaspoon of granular Splenda into my hand, got a little blob of sour cream on a finger on my other hand, and rolled the sour cream into the Splenda so that it was sort of coated. I think I got the idea because I used to love dipping strawberries in sour cream and brown sugar.

Anyway, it was really tasty.

My grandfather used to do that with the real thing (the sugar) and sour cream and just plain eat it and then feed it to my brother when he was a baby. It reminds me of cheesecake - the super easy way!!!
