Default Soya Flour

DOES ANYBODY USE SOYA FLOUR FOR BAKING OR AS A BINDER??

IF SO DO U KNOW HOW MANY CARBS IT HAS PER TABLESPOON.
MY PACK SAYS 16 CARBS PER 100G.

ANY TIPS/RECIPES IN WHICH U USE IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED .

CHEERS,

LIBERTY

I use it in the form of Atkins bake mix very rarely for cottage cheese pancakes...carb count sounds about right. I've also bought it in bulk but don't know the count. Either way, its better than wheat!

Hope someone here has a better answer for you! Consider reposting the question in the Kitchen forum where the experts hang out!

Try the USDA database. They have complete nutritional information for everything you can think of.
