First day of the FIRM...did Cardio Scult and I could not do all of it. I had to stop a couple times. I have nerve damage in my left knee and when I had to get on my knees and lay my chest on the Fanny Lifter to do the leg raises I could not put that kind of pressure on my left knee when I was lifting my right knee. So I am gonna have to figure out what I can do to modifiy that excercise to fit my knee injury...anyone have any advice...

Off to the gym tomorrow for treadmill workout...

Default Rest Day and Workout 2

Yesterday was my rest day from the FIRM and I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I tried to get a machine that had a 45 minute timer but they were all taken. I was unable to walk as fast as I was normally walking since I hadn't been going since vacation. I am gonna go on all my FIRM rest days except Sunday.

Workout 2 of the FIRM...Cardio Sculpt again.

8 more workouts till weighing and measuring.....

Try to do it from standing position, using a table or a chair. You can either lay your chest on the table or bend over the chair, putting your hands on it. Keep your left leg slightly bended, do not lock your knee. You can do the same right knee raises from this position. (It is an excellent hamstring stretch too.)

My husband had a right knee injury, so I have learned many way to modify exercises. Sometimes he feels pain even when he is on both knees.

Great job, and I agree, ditch scale, measure tape for two weeks .

Take care:
Eva

P.S.: Nice avatar .

Didn't make it to the rally and not feeling well today. I am gonna try to take a nap and get enough energy for the FIRM. Not making any promises. Will update more later.
