Default Concept2 rowing anyone?

I used to love the concept rowers we had at the small gym we had at work, I joined a gym the other day and tried the concept2 rowers again..Maybe if I can build up to 10,000 m steady rowing I might lose some pounds? And maybe throw in some sprints and higher intensity short distances.....what do you think?

Sounds like a good start. Combine that with calorie control and you 're on the way.

Rowing is one of the best exersises you can do, if you get to 10,000 rowing you will lose weight
