Default Kickbiking Anyone?

Does anyone ride a kickbike? I bought a xootr from xootr.com and rode it twice last week. A fun ride - a bit rough and brakes are a problem, but fun.

It's a great exercise to do. Kickbiking is used by some as a alternative to running or to augment their running training or other training. Here's a video of kickbiking: http://kickbike.blogspot.com/2007/0...rs-kicking.html

I've never even heard of it.

Looks fun! It looks like it requires no skill, no athletic ability, no balance, no physical fitness. Cool.

It has brakes, right?

Yes to brakes on most kickbikes. I just started to do it and enjoy it. It does look like you need balance but it is very easy to do. The hard part is learning how to switch your feet on the foot rest area.
