You can also use unflavored gelatin and add your own flavors. It can be added to all sorts of things. Thirty years ago we used to use diet sodas to make great jellos. Basically, you heat up a small portion of the liquid to melt the gelatin, then add the rest, put it in your mold and refrigerate.

Unflavored gelatin is also used to make aspics.

And you can make your own real pudding with cream, water, eggs, flavorings (like cocoa), and Splenda. It's not that hard and tastes a lot better than Jello-brand sugar-free pudding.

Someone on here has posted in the past that Jolly Rancher makes a jello with splenda. I have not personall seen that brand though.

I bought the ice cream machine -- and the ice cream mixes -- from the Atkins catalog. Both are excellent. I've made vanilla and strawberry, and my husband gulped them down. I also used a keto mix (chocolate), and it wasn't as tasty. I had to add several packets of Splenda.
