Question cheesecake/toping ?

Hi,
I'm here for the first time reading your low-carb recipes.
I live in Finland, so my english isn't very well. And I do not understand for exemple all the meanings of different ingrediants in cakes and so on.

And now I wonder, if this cheesecake is really made without any flover. I think it's not a cake at all, just a toping.

Kaarina

welcome kaarina! it is nice to meet you! cheesecake has no flour in it at all! the cream cheese and eggs make it thick. it is like a really hard custard. it is delicious!

Man, I gotta get a spring-form pan! This sounds so awesome! And nutritious.

I just got one of those microplane things for zesting. It makes me feel like a goddess in the kitchen!

Thanks for the recipe!

Smile Is this suitable for the induction diet? I'm new here!

Hi, I'm a new member and I'm having a hard time trying to figure out which recipes are for Induction dieters??? Is there a special section that I can go to? Also, I'm reading on some of the forums that people drink coffee and tea. I thought this was really not allowed? Regards, danbus

Talking Can't wait to get my springform pan

I just read this recipe, and it solved my Thanksgiving dessert problem. I don't have a springform pan, so right after I read the recipe, I went on-line to Target and ordered one, ($12.99). Thank you so much for this dessert idea!

2lb of creamcheese... that would be about the same price of the best fillet steak here.... no contest! It sounds great, but I'll give it a miss....

We made it and it smelled heavenly. Let it cool in the fridge overnight and had it the next day. I was very tastey! I did add the optional orange and lemon zest, BF thought it could have used a little less orange zest, I used a smaller orange and an average sized lemon.
