Okay, well looks like I've discovered this product (Wise CHOice Cake-ability Baking Aid)to late as it is no longer in production.

Has anyone tried this and do you know what ingredients are in it so that I could just possibly make it myself?

Never heard of it - what was/is it?

You could try making your own at home:

Fake Cakeabilty (to be added to nut flours)

1/4 cup egg white powder (like JustWhites)
1 tsp xanathan gum
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 Vitamin C tablet - crushed. Or 1 tsp powder

Crush the vitamin C in a coffee grinder before adding to mixture.

Use 1/4 cup per 1 cup ground nuts.
