hmmm

just my two cents but i'd think not. the point of low carbing is to turn your body to fat-burning. it seems to me if you're not getting that fat then your body won't learn to burn it.

xenicals yuk anyway...most have "accidents" while taking that as unabsorbed fat just squirts out the back passage without warning.
