Hooray! Finally L/C Harroset! It worked!!!!!
Here is what I did:
1. Bought and pealed a ton of squash, there was no need to cut the seeds out, they were too small. Cut to small pieces.
2. Squeezed a whole freshly picked lemon into the pot.
3. Cooked until soft. Added wine, cinnamon, tziporen, sweetener and continued cooking for a few more minuets.
4. Removed from flame and "nuked" it.
5. Added chopped walnuts and apple flavor diet tarkiz.
(added more wine and cinnamon to taste)
Wow! I can't believe it, it is Harroset!
I had my father try it and he said that it tasted great. I told him that the carbs are only from the nuts and the wine and a bit from the "secrete ingredient". Then I broke down and told him it was squash. He'd have never guessed!
