I was in the World' Finest Chocolate Outlet in Campbellford and they had sugar free chocolate made with Malitol. Unfortunately, they did not have nutrition info, but I have not found much difference in malitol based chocolate.

In any case, it was pretty good chocolate, as good as any I have tried, a bit on the dark side (which I like).

Now the best part! This stuff was going for $3 a pound in broken pieces, perfect for baking! I was buying bars for $3 for 70 grams, which makes a low carb chocolate cheesecake pretty darn expensive!

Check it out if you are going by, and if you do, ask if they have nutritional info as I am curious now.
