Default Oil of Oregano question

I just bought a bottle of Oil of Oregano to try to help with the yeast problem I think I have. Anyway, the only thing I could find in town was the actual oil. Man, that stuff is NASTY! Any advice on how to take it and not taste it so much? I looked for empty capsules but they only had 1000 of them for $25. NOT!

Try putting the drops under your tongue instead of on top.

You can also dilute it with water, put the drops in 2oz of water and drink it down.

I just put the drops on my tongue, I've gotten used to it I guess.

Doesn't it seem to numb your tongue? I have been putting the drops in water and drinking it down. How many drops do you take. Do you take three or four drops three times a day. That is what my suggested dosage is on my bottle.

I couldn't handle the taste either. So.... I went to Vitamen World, bought the cheapest capsules I could find - they just happened to have bottles of Raspberry leaves for 22 cents a bottle. I empty out the capsule and put the drops of oil in that. I was going to buy just empty capsules, but they were $12 for 200.....

AFWife, how much of this do you take a day? I have been gagging down 4 drops daily. Should I be taking more or less?

2 drops twice a day in water. Sometimes it's 6 drops cause those droppers if you squeeze to hard more comes out but I aim for 2 drops twice a day.

I took them all at once one day and I spent a lot of time in the toilet. I don't recommend it. IMO anyways and experience.

If you read the first few pages then skip to the last ones you should have most of the info. It's been going so long that ppl are rotating thru, so the ones at the beginning may be different that the ones at the end.
