Well I've decided to start a Gym Log. I've gone from 281 down to 210 since May 2012. I want to get to my goal of 155 ASAP. I thought if I started exercising regularly and recording it, I'd have more incentive to stick with it.
Today I walked 30 mins on the treadmill, went 1.76 miles.
Started at 3.2 mph and worked up to 3.8 mph.
My goal is to do SOMETHING every day. My sister also has a Wii exercise set.. I want to get that. Walk in the morning and do something in the afternoon. I need to break this 200 threshhold.
21 mins on the treadmill:
walked 3.5 mph for 5 min
ran 4.2 mph for 1 min
walked 3.5 mph for 4 min
