Anyway I live in Italy and some stuffs you use are hard to find, but gonna work on finding substitutes.

You say they are low carb, but do you know the carb amount for the mixture? so I can work out how many I can eat :-)

Those look great but I find that when I start in on the franken-foods....it's hard to "straighten out"....

Maybe used the term incorrectly...I meant that it was made out of protein powder, almond flower and things and wasn't a vegetable, fish, meat, or anything like that.

When stray from the basics...meat, fish veggies, fruit, cream, etc....I don't lose as well and I develop cravings.
