Pimento Cheese is an old fashioned traditional southern dip or spread. You can buy it ready made, but there's nothing better than homemade. Lots of recipes out there for it - my favorite is this one. Very good on plain pork rinds, although they're too easily broken to scoop it with them - need to use something to spread it on them.

It's a Southern tradition that you make it like your mama did, but if you do want to try a great commercial version first, look for Palmetto Cheese from Pawley's Island.
Our Costco carries two flavors (3 at the holidays) but that may vary by region. Having a large tub of it means I overuse it on everything...topping for a Hamburger (ala Varsity in Atlanta) is LC heaven, in scrambled eggs, creamy goodness.
Their recipe uses Hellman's mayo which means soybean oil, but I give Palmetto Cheese a pass on the soy content.
You can find smaller sizes of it to try across the country with a store locator:

Thanks for the info on pimento cheese. Sounds like I've been missing out.

Wikipedia, Pimento Cheese OMG! I want some! I made some flaxseed/cheese crackers (no other ingredients), and that would be perfect on them!
