Default Media stars embrace Paleo for MS and Weight Loss

This Examiner article title is treating MS with the Wahls Paleo diet, but it also mentions weight loss by other media personalities using Paleo.

Hi Janet, congrats on your journey.

I have the wahls protocol, haven't read it completely. I also have MS and that is what got me back into LC. If they just didn't make you eat fish, I'd be a happy camper.

Oops, I mentioned Wahls in your introduction post before I saw this. So many sub-forums, so little time.
My husband refuses to eat any fish at all too, so he gets extra Omega-3, Trader Joes has an "odorless" salmon oil. Since I can't even cook fish in the house, I eat a lot of canned wild pacific salmon, with homemade mayo and lots of spices over greens. I tried seaweed snacks but not for me. Many Paleo bloggers rave about the fermented cod liver oils...lemon seems to be the favorite flavor. No personal experience, but supposedly it tastes good and full of good things you need from the fish.
