Bowel movements
HI Guys,
I've read a few different Paleo books, and I know it's really a COMPLETE lifestyle for those who go Hard Core (from footwear, to electronics exposure, to bedroom lighting...)
Soooo, I was wondering if any of you have read anything about optimal bowel movements?
I know what traditional/modern grain nutritionists say about it, but I wanted to know what Paleo/Neander has to say about it. Frequency? "consistency?" (I don't mean regularity, I mean, the STUFF itself! )
OKaaaay, that's really really detailed..... If anyone has info, I'd appreciate it. Very curious what the current wisdom is on the "natural and original" way of pooping is!
