Those who only ate between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. ended up losing nearly double the amount of weight as those who counted their calories

Would love to see the details of this conclusion. Rather impressive

Is this earth shaking news? There have been many fasting studies in the past decade, and the 16 hour fast, especially eTRE, is healthy and sustainable, but OK. Maybe I’m in too many diabetes groups and only think this has been done before?

That was my response too, “is this really news?"

Not news to people on this forum, but many others are just waking up, and many more still sleeping. With conflicting lifestyle, health, and medical information, it’s a confusing world out there for most.

The point is to confuse.

Vegetables are healthy, while vegans are praised. No one knows this comes from a dream by Ellen White, the founder of Christian Science, which despite the name is very much anti-science.

She wrote books about a vision she had where the Lord won't come back until everyone on earth is a vegan and loses their sex drive. The whole Kelloggs empire is built on that.

We have to bring back real science and get the money out of food. It should be like water and electricity. A regulated utility.

Not a frivolous consumer choice which has no meaning.
