Hi all!

Was out and about yesterday and noticed two things.....

1. Sachets of splenda in the cafe in IKEA!

2. Walking down the strand after a night out i noticed two big signs in the window of BENJYS 'sandwich' bar, addressed SPECIFICALLY to followers of the Atkins diet!!!! - something along the lines of "we now cater for customers on the atkins diet"...

isnt this fab?!

I saw the Benjy's thing too - so popped in on impulse to see what they were offering.
Nothing that I could see in the main shop, just a special "Atkins Breakfast" menu item consisting of sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs.
Nice idea, but I wonder if they'll go the whole hog and offer us more! (some veggies and stuff would be good too) Right now I feel it's just lip-service, trying to get on the bandwagon...
