From the Liberty website .. the nutritional info. The data is for 100g, so I multiplied by a factor of 1.25 for 1/2 cup. I also assumed that the carb count is reduced by 50% due to the live cultures consuming the lactose sugar. It's probably less than that, but I'm not sure because of the higher fat content if it makes a difference. I only know it fits the bill, since it contains two different bacteria

Erin, yer in luck Toots ... according to the website, the Méditerannée yogurt IS available in the US. Here's a picture so you know what the container looks like http://www.liberte.qc.ca/html/home.asp .. In the left hand column, there's a link to where you can email them and they'll send you the name and address of where the products may be available in your area.

I'm reviving this old thread because I was curious about whether or not simply changing the type of fat you eat could bust a stall. This thread came up in a search.

I'm in maintenance, I'm not stalled, but I noticed a sharp decline in the scale since deciding to eat more monounsaturated fat a few weeks ago! I did it partially out of boredom of meat, and partially out of curiosity about avocadoes. I tried them for the first time recently, and I think they'll be a staple for me now. I've also started eating flax "porridge" almost daily, as well as natural peanut butter.

Unfortunately, I don't keep track of my intake on fitday anymore, so this isn't too scientific. Who knows - maybe it's the increase in fiber, or perhaps my calorie intake has gone down. But boosting the unsaturated fat could be a useful stall buster.
