Thanks, skeeweeaka! I showed a bit more resolve at dinner than I thought I could. You are 100% right -- it felt good. And I lost a pound the next morning instead of putting on one because I ate some of the bread pudding in buttered rum sauce (groan!)

As so many before me have said, "Nothing tastes as good as losing weight feels!"

Wahoo, ya'll!

Just wanted to update everyone...I am back to my preRefeed weight.... I have noticed a diffference, however, in my body fat....it has decreased... I do have more muscle... I have also examined my diet further and feel that the factors contributing to my stall was salt... After looking at what I was eating..they were not whole foods... I was eating lots of packaged meats which obviously contained salt...in addition to cheese.... Anyway....I have decreased my salt intake and lost anouther 2 pounds.... So there you go...

Good luck all...
