Coming down from big numbers, I have to say that I lost it all over at first. It was not until I got below 200, that I actually started to see a distinct waist and my bust shrank a lot!!
My feet got smaller too...as did my fingers as I can wear rings now that I had not worn in 20 years.

Oh, I've definitely lost belly fat. And arm fat and leg fat and back fat and let's not even mention the loss of cleveage! My mom's pretty upset with me, of all the yrs she had dieted she has never been able to really lose her belly. She just looks at me and goes, "How the hell are you doing that!??".

I feel like I am shrinking in general...like someone is shaving a very thin layer off of me very slow. Every day has been a surprise as to what will fit from my closet, but I refuse to buy new clothes until I am in the 210s as I have an entire closet of clothes I could wear when I was between 150 and 180. It would be such a waist of money.
This time last year I was heading into the winter with all my pants either too tight (making me very cranky) or just not fitting at all. Now I'm finding more and more stuff in my closet that suddenly fits again.
I think from my waist first. That was before I started working out..now Im working out Im noticing it from my legs and bum. And my boobs, which is so not the bestest thing in the world..heavy Im really ample and thin Im not so much. ;p
Its really funny but in the last 3 weeks or so, when Ive only lost like 5 lbs and nothing for the last 2*kicks that stall* people at work are noticing my weight loss much more. I guess its the gym thing kicking in.
Hands and face first...then waist. My bust and upper back are shrinking slowly and my arms and legs are even slower. But I'm looking proportional because of the [much] smaller waist.
