Question Any dry mouth solutions?

I quit smoking, cold turkey, and it's been 5 days since I quit. I've had no physical nicotine cravings, but I've had thoughts of "lighting-up". I just realized the trigger to these thoughts is a very, very dry mouth. I'm drinking over 2 gallons of water daily to flush the system of nicotine, and I've upped my calcium intake to compensate for the increased water.
I can't drink more water

Any suggestions how to deal with a dry mouth?
TIA

How do I move this? It's in the wrong place

Try chewing on a piece of cinnamon stick whole clove, star anise or an allspice berry. It works!

I figured out the cause! antihistamines and decongestants in my case. I've quit taking them, I'm going to try finding alternative ways of dealing with my sinus congestions.

Thanks
