Default can i eat 2 meals a day instead of 3

I have been getting full off eating 2 meals a day. Is it fine if you only eat 2 big meals instead of 3?

It would be better to have 4-6 smaller meals (that all included protein) than only 2 meals a day. Eating shouldn't leave you full, just pleasantly satisfied. Your calories should be 10 - 12 times your current weight, so you can supplement by eating fat.

Just curious to know; do you eat breakfast?

Karen's right, Stephie. Eating more frequent smaller meals will keep your blood sugar stable and your metabolism boosted. It is important to feed your body a constant supply of protein as it needs this all day long to perform basic metabolic functions - if you do not it will scavange for the amino acids it needs - and the greatest source of these are found in your muscles. Muscle loss is not something you want to deal with - you'll end up weighing less but actually having a higher body fat percentage.
