Default Breakfast Recipe I just made

now.. Im not sure if anyone has ever tried this.. you guys probably have.. lol but it was good and savory and fixed my crunchy fix all at the same time.

handful of shredded cheese in small omelet pan
crack one egg over it do not bust yolk
let cook till cheese is nice and brown and egg white is fully cooked.
slide out on plate and put 1 tsp or Tbls of salsa over it

enjoy.. nice and crunchy and yummy.. by my calculations... about 2.25 carbs per whatever it is you want to call it... I had two for breakfast.. and I can't finish the last one..

would be great for lunch or dinner as well.. just add a side salad.

Hugs,
Rae

Gosh Im gonna feel stupid if this is an actual recipie somewhere..LOL

I tried it but I'm not sure about the pork rinds. Did you crush them? I added one tbs sour cream, mushrooms and scallions. I think next time I will add Italian seasoning. It was a good breakfast.

I made this recipe this morning, I just did the cheese and put the egg on it and when it was done I folded the cheese over, like an omelet, it was very good. Thanks for sharing the recipe
