Ok, ladies and gents a little poll this morning came to mind when I was fryin' up some bacon. BTW, how can you not love a diet where you can eat as much bacon as you want. Anyway, I was thinking that I really, really, like my bacon floppy, while my wife likes her's crisp as a board. (beats me, guess she is just weird :lol. I would like to have everyone vote on how they like their bacon prepared.

I've voted for moist, juicy and floppy although I will eat it dry and crispy too As long as it's not too hard that when you stick your fork into it it pings off the plate. It isn't very dignified crawling around on the floor trying to get it back from the cat.

I LOVE BACON...and I love it as crunchy as you can get it. My husband hates the way I make it, so he usually cooks the bacon in our house. I don't like it blackened, though. And I don't like when the fatty ends are still white. It gags me...ughhhh. LOL

My BF likes it juicy YUCK I like it crispy, when he makes it and "messes up" I get twice the bacon HE HE!

Isn't there an ad on TV with a dog going 'bacon, bacon, bacon, bacon ..."? It's his canine voice I heard when I read this thread!

I'm a fan of thin, very crisp bacon, but my partner likes her's floppy. We compromise ...

First we bake a bunch to her specifications. Then I take my half, roll them in a paper towel and nuke 'em until they snap. Works great!

Ok, I guess the results are in Crispy it is, but I do like Diemde's idea of someone making it for ya!!! I guess I will never understand you crispy people!!!!!!!! LOL
