Hey Everyone!
Just wanted to share: I read the article about Focused Intensity Ab Training, that Nat posted here last week. I tried it yesterday......and my abs are BURNING today! I did regular crunches using the normal BFL 12 reps, wait 1 minute, 10 reps, wait....etc. But I REALLY focused ONLY on my ab muscles, and used ONLY those muscles to get my shoulders off the floor. WOW....mental focus makes a big, huge difference! So thanks, Nat for the advice.
And thanks to ALL who post here......you're daily input is very helpful and inspiring!
By the way, today is C1, W2, Day 2 and I'm down 6 lbs!!!!!! My body feels better already, less bloated....still lots of energy!!
One more thing: I've been using EAS Advantage bars to supplement my meals. I can not begin to describe how AWESOME the Iced Oatmeal Crisp is!!! It's got basically the same nutritional value as a small chicken breast, small baked potato and some veggies....but it's quick and easy. And tastes like dessert!
