Thanks for that, Bree!

I've just got out my calculator and worked out that I've walked 105.3 kilometres as my contribution to the World Walk!

I really love that website. Your work is much appreciated.

Newbies...this is a fun way to get a few miles under your belt. Or dress.
Apparently I have hobbled 55+ miles. Ouch! That hurts just typing it!
Listen. From someone who could not do 100 feet on May 4th...55 miles seems like a magnificent dream. Only I did it awake. And I have the empty Ibuprofen 800's bottle to prove it! (wink)
Come on! Got a long way to go to get around the world.

About the Walk Around the World.... We seem to be going backwards!
I guess we reached our last goal. Does someone know how to fix the next goal so we're not going backwards?

All this walking backwards is hurting my legs.

You all walked right by the next goal while my computer was out of comission. No fear, I will fix it this morning!

Hi Everyone
This thread looked like so much fun I went out today and bought a pedometer so I could join in. Added my name and paltry .25 miles to the web site.
Hope to put on some more miles by next week.
See you on the road.
Kelly

Hello all
I just added my 21 miles for the week. Found that I was going just a bit further everyday without even trying. With all the snow we have I'll have to find someplace warm to walk this week. And I hope to do even more this week.

Default Report in Please :-)

Today was a red letter day for me. I walked up to the top of one of the highest local hills. Beleive me around here that's no mean feat. It's around 1450ft high (Mt Kaukau). On the way home in the car I got all emotional when I realised how far I'd come in terms of fitness, and what it would mean.
Now I'm wondering how all the other world walkers are doing. We all post our distances on the Walk around the World site, but what are your thoughts about your improved fitness levels? It would be great to hear.

You are doing soooo good! I am proud of you and for you!
My fitness level has quadrupled times 4. I cannot even begin to describe the changes in me physical and spiritual.
Not bad for a mere diet! (wink)
